When and where do you want to use your limousine?

Bachelor and Bachelorette Parties

Depending on the size of the party a 6 - 8 - or 10 passenger limousine or a 26 passenger mini bus may provide a safe driver while allowing guests to enjoy themselves.

Airport Guests Arrivals

During the busy days before your wedding it is a given that relatives flying in for the wedding will need to be picked up at the airport.  Consider having a Sedan meet them.  This lets them know how special they are without tying up a busy family member standing around the airport.  The sedan meets the flight and takes them directly to their accommodations.

Before the Wedding

Often brides will have the limousine pick the bridal party up at home and transfer them to the wedding location.  Some weddings also do this for the groom.  This is especially nice is they are from out of town and staying in a hotel.

At the Wedding

It is a good idea to delegate a member of the bridal party to interact with the chauffeur.  That contact person should give the chauffeur his/her cell phone number and should have the chauffeur's number.  This is important when last minute questions arise.  Also, the contact person should see that the couple's baggage is in the limousine for departure before the reception is over to assure a smooth departure.

After the Ceremony

Remember to schedule extra time after the ceremony to take pictures. This usually takes about 30 to 45 minutes.  A Red Carpet and "Just Married" sign are great for the photographs.  If the reception is in a separate location you will want the limousine to take the bride and groom to the reception so that they can arrive at the same time.  I always like to have a couple of bottles of water in the limo.  After posing for pictures it just hits the spot.  The ride to the reception gives the couple a chance to catch their breath.

After the Reception

Now is the time for the grand exit.  The limousine should be positioned at the exit door with the red carpet rolled out, the bags in the trunk, the Champagne chilled, and the chauffeur waiting by the rear door.

As with the rest of the items you contract for with your wedding, plan ahead.  Take the time to go over your plans and ideas with the limousine company when you set up the service. We'll work with you to help you make your wedding day a very special occasion.
